New Hampshire is located in the New England portion of the country in what is considered to be the Northeast. The state was one of the original thirteen colonies that eventually revolted against British Rule and claimed freedom for the new country. The colony was first founded in 1629 when the division of land occurred. It was named New Hampshire after an English County.

This resort has one and two bedroom suites large enough to accommodate families. Visitors can ski the trails that are located right on the resort's property. For those visiting during warmer months, the 18-hole gold course is always entertaining. In Newbury, the Mount Sunapee Resort is right at home. This resort not only has wonderful ski areas along with plenty of rental and lesson options, but it also has a nearby amusement park and plenty of other entertaining activities.
New Hampshire is a wonderful state to visit due to its rich history and deep culture. Tourists from all over the country find plenty to see and do any time of the year. Those who love winter activities, however, have even more fun in the cold and snow during the winter months.
